Catering

How far in advance do I need to order catering?

Order no later than three working days before you wish to receive your order. But if you’re in a pinch and want to make a last-minute order, call us on 0920-680 68 (press 1) and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you deliver?

Yes! Within 10 km from Luleå Centrum we charge a 150kr delivery fee (excl. VAT). For longer deliveries, please get in touch to get a quote.

Can I make changes the menu?

Yes and no. We try to be as flexible as possible, but if you want to make a lot of changes it might be better to get a customised menu. Get in touch and tell us more about what you would like and we can give you a quote.

I’ve ordered catering, can I change my order?

If you’ve ordered for 50 people or less you can make changes to your order up to 3 working days before the event. For larger events, you can make changes up to 7 days in advance.

Can you accommodate allergies/special dietary requirements?

Of course! We do our very best to make sure that everyone can eat our food. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies we need a written list of the allergies/restrictions no later than three working days before delivery. Despite our best efforts, all of our food may contain traces of allergens as these products are present in our kitchens.

What type of events do you cater to?

We cater to all kinds of events. Conferences, staff parties, festivals, gala dinners, weddings, bar mitzvahs, baby showers, BBQs, sporting events, Sunday brunch, you name it!

I’m hosting a small party. Can you do catering?

Our minimum order for catering is food for 10 people. If you need food for fewer people than 10 we suggest you order take away from our café at Vetenskapens Hus.

How many people can you cater for?

We cater for parties of 10 people and up. We have no maximum limit! But if you’re planning an event for 100 people or more, we need to know 2 weeks in advance to make sure we can accommodate your order.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know that life is unpredictable. If you have to cancel your event you need to let us know at least 3 working days in advance, unless anything else is specified in your individual contract. If you cancel later than 3 working days before your event, you sadly have to pay the full amount. For orders over 50 people, cancellation needs to be done 7 days before your event.

Do you offer tastings before the event?

For events over 100 people we offer free sample tastings. For smaller events we can offer a tasting for a fee. Otherwise you can visit our café at Vetenskapens Hus and try some of our dishes there.

How do you handle payment?

We offer a variety of ways for you to pay, depending on your needs. Payment method and terms will be agreed upon prior to delivery.

What is your experience with catering events similar to mine?

We have over 15 years of catering experience and have catered all imaginable types of events – big and small. Having said that, we know that every event is unique and if you have any special requests, just let us know.

Can you provide servers and bartenders for the event?

Absolutely. We have just the people you need!

How do you handle alcohol service?

We have a catering license for exactly this reason! We can provide all the drinks you need. There are a few restrictions, though. The drinks have to be served and supervised by our staff and we need to give the council at least two weeks notice before the event happens.
